Carpet Cleaning 

We specialize in high traffic common area carpet. There are unique challenge when cleaning commercial carpet. Our polymer additive will protect the carpet and clean with every vacuum.

Strip & Wax

Is your VCT tile look like it needs replaced? More likely it needs to be stripped and waxed. You wont believe the results!

Tile & Grout Cleaning 

Our specially formulated high alkaline and degreaser lifts away dirt and grime. We then use high pressure water to clean those hard to reach areas, leaving your tile and grout lines looking its best

Upholstery 
Cleaning

We use a mixture of hot water and steam to lift the dirt and grease away from your upholstery. Our process can salvage upholstery that once was thought to needing replaced.

Fiber 
Protection

Is you carpet and upholstery staining easily. Is you carpet loosing its color? Our fiber protection will prolong the life of your asset while making it look great!

Hard Surface Cleaning 

Whether it be LVT, hardwood or cement flooring. These can be challenging to clean. Our two step method will have them looking like new. 

Drapery Cleaning

Air born proteins can cause yellowing and deuterate the fiber. Drape harbor orders leaving a negative impression with with occupant. Our steam cleaning will preserve the drapes over time. 

Polishing

We can make any calcium based floor look like new again. Our three step Dimond polishing process will have them looking like the day they were installed.
